As your skills and confidence grow, you might choose to engage with a Disability Employment Service (DES) to explore mainstream employment. Prefer a mix of both? That’s an option too! Some employees may find success working in both mainstream and supported roles, giving them the confidence to pursue new opportunities while maintaining their position at Packforce.
